We have maintained in the past a close collaboration between CASTRILLO ABOGADOS in Madrid and ROFES & ASOCIADOS in Barcelona, in the field of business consulting services, as well as court proceedings services on both Justice Administration Agencies and Civil Service.
Giving a prompt, specialized and personalized counsel on our client's matters, feeling involved with the same intensity than our clients, has been our main intention during these forty years of professional practice. We have always put the main effort and our best skills and knowledge into settling difficulties, or developing projects. We believe our relationship has been rewarding, feeling grateful for the trust placed on our offices.
CASTRILLO ABOGADOS and ROFES & ASOCIADOS fit the same Professional Office profile: medium-sized offices, which help us giving our clients a personal and preferential assistance, committed to general litigation, primarily on penal-economical field. Both bureaus are prominent on handling matters of well-known complexity, as we have taken part on all cases that have drawn public attention in Spain on the last twenty years.
Both CASTRILLO ABOGADOS and ROFES & ASOCIADOS are also characterized by a comprehensive legal consultancy, related to every aspect of any company running: commercial, corporate, civil and proprietary equity, fiscal, accountancy and labour laws. We also collaborate with eminent consultants on legal and economical fields.
This affinity between CASTRILLO ABOGADOS and ROFES & ASOCIADOS regarding aim and functioning, as well as the continued collaboration, has became a joint project of associative nature, organized in the service of our clients, taking advantage of the synergies in the pursuit of obtaining the best service by means of the merge of both offices' background, allowing us to reach territories that we couldn't manage separately, at least under our high quality service standards. From previous premises, keeping and improving the attention we are giving so far, but adding a significant territorial expansion, we have decided to join forces on a united bureau of counselors and economists: CASTILLO & ROFES Abogados y Economistas.
The matters entrusted to us by our clients, are evaluated and considered by a professional team, specialized in every branch of law, that are constantly reviewing the current legislation of their branch of specialization, obtaining the rigor needed to treat every single matter. However, all matters will be under direction, coordination and supervision of a Partner of the firm. The conservation of collaboration between professionals and clients is the cornerstone of our philosophy. In this sense, all detailed information regarding the progress on the matters entrusted to us as well as all teamwork between our Partners and the clients in the approach of strategies and goals, are usual practices of our office.
